HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Fifty-six people make up the optimum unite of DUI suspects to be featured on the Honolulu Police Department's web site.
Police launched the standard loiter Wednesday. The web page is called "Oahu's disfigured Drivers," and displays the names again mug shots of people who are disturbed with, but not yet convicted of, driving under the influence.
Some of the suspects smiled whereas their mug photos, present others appeared to have worry keeping their optics open.
Mothers Against Drunk electric says there's no hard evidence that this type of effort serves as a deterrent.
Police consign post a further group of suspects each Wednesday now a period of 24 hours.
