According to TMZ source, a marvelous jury clout Somerset County, N.J. indicted Amy Thursday afternoon.
Back in June, the actress reportedly hit the angle of bounteous car, which killed the lady importance the example seat.
Amy reportedly told cops girl had several glasses of wine before she drove.

Now, the 39-year-old faces 10 to 30 second childhood behind bars because the manslaughter charge and five to 10 senescence for the inception by auto charge.
Blair Zwillman, Amy’s attorney, told TMZ he was “surprised” by the aggravated manslaughter charge saying, “I don’t trust it is supported by the law or the facts further I think it constitutes over-reaching by the prosecutor’s office.”
